When was the last time you felt utterly unequipped for the task before you?

As the three-year anniversary of launching my mentorship community approaches, I’ve been reflecting on questions like the one above— remembering exactly how it felt to press “SEND” on the final email to all the people on my newsletter list, officially announcing that the doors to The Created For This Sisterhood were open. I was stepping into uncharted territory.

At the time, I was more than comfortable making videos for YouTube. I was comfortable posting on Instagram but leading a group of women, from all around the world, in their pursuit growing closer to God? Navigating the logistics of setting up and maintaining a website where these women could gather virtually and have access to exclusive content (like recorded masterclasses, worksheets, and challenges) and then on top of that, hosting weekly live calls?

My questions to God in this season sounded a lot like: Me? Are you sure you want me to do this, Lord?
